Dad ‘N Me is a 2D fighting flash game developed by Tom Fulp and Dan Paladin and released on July 27, 2005.
Although Flash was discontinued on January 12 2021, Dad ‘N Me is still playable through BlueMaxima’s Flashpoint as well as The Newgrounds Player.

Gameplay[]
In Dad ‘N Me, the player controls a small, purple, gorilla like creature who starts the game in a neighbourhood of humans. The main objective of the game is to beat up anyone who stands in your way, whether they be innocent children, bullies or adults. The game features a few similarities to Alien Hominid (also developed by Tom Fulp & Dan Paladin), namely the cartoonish art style and wacky animations. The player can make their way through the side scrolling town after clearing various zones of enemies.
Enemies can be dispatched by simply using light jabs and heavy attacks, however the player can learn and string together combos and special attacks in order to dispatch their enemies more efficiently. Objects in the environment such as propane tanks can be picked up and thrown at enemies in order to deal massive damage. If the player deals enough damage, they can enter a rage mode in which their attacks will inflict much more damage upon enemies and they will also be granted some new attacks.
