Lil' Einstein's Manhattan Project (also called Manhattan Project) is a chain reaction Flash game developed by Frozenfire and published on Newgrounds and Armor Games on July 20, 2010. It revolves around helping a child prodigy named Lil' Einstein complete his science project, which involves trying to see how much damage a single person can do by himself, in 25 days.

Controls[]

  • Mouse: Move to aim, click to set bomb drop spot/shoot gun
  • 1: Gun
  • 2: Kamikaze
  • 3: Para-Shooters
  • 4: Time Bonus

Gameplay[]

In this game, you assist in Lil' Einstein's project by chaotically terrorizing a tiny town with a bomber plane while he observes and takes notes. Causing damage to things in the town earns you money, and the goal of each attack on a town is to try to cause as much damage as you can to earn more money, preferably by using explosions from things like cars and barrels to chain combos. Doing more damage in a shorter amount of time raises the chaos meter, which multiplies the money you earn.

The money you rake in is used to buy upgrades to obtain stronger bombs as well as other weapons, and the ultimate goal is to get enough money to purchase the most powerful weapon of all - the Atomic Bomb - before the 25 days are up. Each attempt to attack a town counts as one day.

Targets and Enemies[]

  • Civilian: An ordinary person who walks down the streets. Starts running in fear once you start attacking, and can be killed easily.
  • Tree: An ordinary tree that can be destroyed easily.
  • Barrel: A small barrel that explodes when attacked.
  • Car: A fairly durable vehicle that explodes after taking enough damage.
  • Small Building: Buildings such as convenience stores, fruit markets, and dojos that explode after taking enough damage.
  • Pagoda: An exceptionally tall building that collapses and explodes after taking enough damage.
  • Gun Turret: A stationary turret that shoots at you as you fly overhead.
  • Missile Launcher: A soldier who hides out in a bunker and comes out to fire missiles at you. The missiles can be shot out of the sky, causing them to fall and explode.

Tips[]

  • Buy the Plane Turret as soon as possible or else you will be wasting all your money fixing your plane as you won't have any way to destroy enemies before they start attacking you.
